Dextro Energy Triathlon Hamburg 2010 booked out “The high number of registrations underlines the importance of triathlon among hobby triathletes. The combination of swimming, biking and running is highly appreciated at every age, even among young kids. This year we have about 4.000 pupils registered for the City Kids Triathlon”, said Frank Bertling, managing director Upsolut Event GmbH who is organising the triathlon in Hamburg. This year in sum there are more than 12.900 participants in the age group, the elite and the pupils competitions. This huge number gives this year’s triathlon the privilege to be the world’s largest of its kind. Fair and side events programme booked out Besides the booked out competitions, the fair and side events programme is booked out as well. The 6.000 square metres area at the “Jungfernstieg” gives the spectators and participants the opportunity to check out the 50 different exhibitors presenting triathlon and outdoor products. |
