Returns, claims and cancellation of merchandising products

Upon retention of the return slip you will be able to return one or more unwanted item(s) to us. The product must be kept in perfect condition and preferably inside its original packaging.  In addition, the product must not have been at all worn or damaged. Shipping costs
Shipping costs amount to 4.00 euros for deliveries in Germany, and 14.00 euros for deliveries within the EU. Deliveries to other countries are not possible.
